Das Nazi Virus has broken loose. The elite squad from the 2019 HÕFF trash hit "Reich of the Dead" sent to eradicate the virus has failed. In the headquarters, the survivors are being interrogated and prosecuted. Chaos and paranoia reign, boundaries between reality and delusions have been blurred. Meanwhile, the nazi zombies have seized an old seaside fortress where they are conducting experiments to create new zombie soldiers. Another team of soldiers is being sent to take back the fortress and save the day. But time is running out...

Tarmo discovers a kitchen full of smoke when he delivers groceries to his elderly mother Lea. Waking from a daze, she tells him that there’s somebody outside watching her. Tarmo assures her that once again no one is watching her and before leaving asks her to stop worrying and keep away from the window. Alone, Lea tries her best, but fear and curiosity get the best of her. Peeking outside she sees the same man, but this time moving towards her. Despite her best efforts she’s unable to keep out the intruder, but manages to wound and kill him. She immediately calls Tarmo, but the rings start coming from the pocket of the fresh corpse. Lea however looks at the windows of the opposite house - people are watching her.
